The general steps of hanging the kiln skin of the new dry kiln are as follows: when the temperature of the kiln tail reaches about 950 degrees, the temperature of the vortex decomposition chamber reaches 650-700 degrees, and the kiln head fire brick starts to shine and white, the raw material first fed will soon enter Fired belt. At this time, the kiln head is left to wait for the material to be kept, and the burning temperature is kept high enough, and the two C4 ash discharge valves lifted are restored.
The tertiary air duct valve is opened to about 10%, and the valves of the vortex combustion chamber and the decomposition chamber are opened, and light diesel oil and a small amount of coal powder are sprayed into the vortex decomposition chamber. When the temperature of the C1 outlet reaches 400-450 degrees, open the cold air valve placed on the exhaust pipe of the C1 outlet to the high temperature fan, mix the cold air to adjust the temperature of the exhaust gas, and protect the high temperature fan. When the temperature of the C5 outlet gas reaches 900 degrees, the valve can be unloaded after opening the air duct valve three times.
The feeding amount is 30-40% of the design capacity, and gradually close the cold air valve to increase the coal feeding amount and the system exhaust amount appropriately. Slowly turn the kiln and start to hang the kiln skin; the system is normal, and the decomposition furnace temperature can be removed Ignition fuel injector; if burning anthracite coal, the service time of the ignition fuel injector should be properly extended, but the amount of oil can be reduced to play a role in supporting combustion of smokeless fuel. The key to hang the kiln skin is to adjust the coal feed rate and kiln speed in time when the raw meal reaches the firing zone to ensure the temperature of the firing zone is stable, the kiln speed and the feed rate are compatible, so that the thickness of the kiln skin sticking is consistent, smooth.
If the temperature is too high, the kiln skin hung up is easy to burn out, the raw material is easy to burn, and the refractory bricks are seriously eroded; if the temperature drops suddenly, the raw material will run away, and the formed kiln skin is loose and sandwiched, which is easy to fall. Generally, 3-4 classes are needed to hang the kiln skin.
